About
A small operator, on purpose
ESTATES IN LONDON LTD runs budget youth hostels in European cities and travel hubs. Small buildings, lean teams, honest rates.
Who we are
A hostel company, not a hotel group
ESTATES IN LONDON LTD is a company registered in England & Wales. We operate small, budget-friendly youth hostels in cities and travel hubs across Europe.
Our properties are deliberately small: a handful of rooms, a shared kitchen, a lounge, and somewhere to leave a bag. That is the format, and we do not try to dress it up as anything else.
How we work
Small buildings, lean teams, lower rates
Small by design
Fewer beds per property means quieter dorms and a kitchen that works. It also means a building we can actually run.
Lean, not cut down
We spend on cleaning, linen and the things you notice. We do not spend on a lobby nobody sits in.
The saving goes to the rate
What the operation does not cost, the bed does not cost. That is the whole model.
Where we operate
Cities and travel hubs across Europe
We look for the same three things in every location: you can get in and out easily, the centre is walkable or one ride away, and the building is small enough to run properly.
We do not publish a list of properties or addresses on this site. The exact property and its address are confirmed with your booking, so you know where you are going before you pay anything.
