Registered office
The registered office is not a hostel
ESTATES IN LONDON LTD is registered in England & Wales. That registered address is where the company is legally registered — you cannot check in there, and post sent to it will not reach a property.
The address of the hostel you booked is confirmed with your booking. If you need the registered office for a legal notice, write to the email address above and we will give it to you.
What happens after you write
Messages are answered by the team that runs the bookings, in the order they arrive. If your arrival is close, put the date in the subject line so it is not read out of turn.
For a new booking, the availability form asks for the details we need in one go — destination, dates, guests and room type — and usually saves a round of emails.
